The Treasure Coast Photography Group has an ongoing exhibit that showcases members’ artful styles and benefits House of Hope.
The photos are on display and for sale at Alice’s Restaurant, 2781 S.E. Ocean Blvd., in Cedar Pointe Plaza, Stuart.
When their artwork sells, the photographers donate part of the proceeds to House of Hope. To date, they have donated $1,200.
The exhibit includes the “Images of Hope” that Treasure Coast Photography Group members submitted for House of Hope’s annual community partner recognition event, the Hope Awards.
- For this year’s Hope Awards, a photograph by Sunny Walker was selected as the centerpiece of the award. Titled “Hope and the Changing Tides,” the image literally said “hope,” with the word written in the sand on Stuart Beach at sunrise.
- A photograph by Bill Clifton of “Pastel Sunrise, Hobe Sound Beach” earned second place.
- Tom Gilmore took third place with, “Hope Over the Horizon,” a colorful scene of sun-and-water at a marina.
