Stamp Out Hunger Was a Success!

During the second week of May, our community came together in an extraordinary way for the annual Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive — the largest one-day food drive in the nation. We're still feeling the joy and gratitude from this incredible event!

We extend our deepest thanks to our amazing local Letter Carriers and postal workers, who not only deliver our mail but also go the extra mile to collect non-perishable food items donated by local residents at their mailboxes. Thanks to their dedication and hard work, this year’s food drive brought in over 41,500 pounds of food across Martin County!

We also want to show gratitude to our wonderful volunteers, who helped make this event happen to provide food for those in need. Your energy, compassion, and teamwork make a world of difference.

Big shoutout to our sponsors Crary Buchanan Attorneys at Law, R.V. Johnson Insurance, Auto Owners Insurance, HBKS Wealth Advisors, and REMAX of Stuart.

To every household that gave, to every postal employee who lifted a bag, and to every volunteer who lent a hand, thank you. Together, you have made a powerful impact in the fight against hunger in our community!

Let’s keep the momentum going! If you're interested in donating food, organizing a food drive, or volunteering with us to continue making a difference, please visit our website, or contact Rebecca Fazio at rebeccaf@hohmartin.org or 772-286-4673 x1031 for more information.
