Buttonwood Tennis Club is gearing up for its fourth annual Charity Doubles Championships to benefit House of Hope Nov. 17-19, 2017. The highly anticipated “Serve Some Hope” VIP Party boasts an impressive lineup of gourmet local food, first-rate raffle baskets, and auction items, and live entertainment.
As the tennis season kickoff, the opening night features the popular “Serve Some Hope” VIP party, starting at 5 p.m. Tasting stations will provide specialties from local restaurants including Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Tausha’s Seafood, La Forchetta, Importico’s Bakery Café, New England Fish Market, The Quiet Crab and more. Guests will be able to purchase sweet confections from the House of Hope Bake Sale Boutique. Party attendees will enjoy exclusive access to VIP seating to watch Friday night’s Pro-Am competition which begins at 6:30 p.m. pairing tennis professionals from area clubs with amateurs for the entertaining and spirited matches. Admission to the VIP Party is $50 for the general public and $25 for players registered for the tournament through November 11th; beginning November 12th prices are $60 for the general public and $30 for players.
The Pro-Am tournament will feature club pros from Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties. The amateurs represent sponsors of the tournament and come from clubs across the Treasure Coast as well.
Throughout the two-day tennis tournament spectators are encouraged to watch the competition for free. Play begins 8 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Food trucks will be on-site along with beverages, bake sale goodies and silent auction items for the duration of the tournament — all to raise funds for House of Hope.

Registration is now open for players to sign up and the community or club with the most registered players by Nov. 15 will win the Hope Cup perpetual trophy to display throughout the year.
Awards will be presented in the following men’s, ladies’, mixed and open divisions:
