Hurricane Milton Disaster Relief Information
Our hearts are with everyone affected by Hurricane Milton. While our community was prepared for a hurricane, we were not prepared to withstand a line of tornadoes. Many in our community are now suffering physical devastation and emotional trauma as a result of the storms.
House of Hope has emergency resources to offer those who were impacted and in need of assistance. If you or anyone you know is in need of help to recover from Milton and its damage, please contact us or visit the service center closest to you. Our doors and our hearts are open.

We are also accepting donations of essential items such as tarps, clothing, toiletries, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and non-perishable food as well as monetary donations, to help those in need.

Other Resources
Individuals and business owners who suffered losses in designated areas can begin seeking assistance by registering online at www.disasterassistance.gov, calling 1-800-621-3362, or using the FEMA app.
A Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) is open at the Robert Morgade Library located at 5851 SE Community Dr. through Thursday, October 17 from 10am - 7pm. The MARC provides residents with information on Federal, State, and Local resources available.
A state-supported point of distribution by the Florida National Guard and a comfort station with showers, laundry, and restrooms are both open from 10am - 7pm at the Martin County Fairgrounds located at 2616 SE Dixie Hwy. Items available to residents who have been affected by Hurricane Milton include tarps, water, and ready-to-eat meals.
